Washington County Democratic Party Members Invited to 2025 Reorganization Event at Carver Park
The Washington County Democratic Party (WCDP) will hold its 2025 biennial reorganization, as mandated by Tennessee electoral law, in a Convention on Saturday, March 22, starting at 10 am at Carver Park Recreation Center.
“Reorganization is a critical moment of local political life in our State,” said Sylvain Bruni, WCDP Chair. “At this Convention, Democrats will vote on updated bylaws for WCDP and elect its Officers and Executive Committee members for the 2025-2027 electoral cycle.”
The Democratic Convention will be held in the gymnasium at Carver Park (322 W Market St, Johnson City, TN 37604). It will be followed by a training and onboarding session for newly elected leaders. Doors will open at 9 am. Free breakfast and lunch will be served. Democrats and supporters are encouraged to pre-register online at https://wctndp.org/2025Reorg.
