Reporting Issues when Voting

  • If You See Something, Say Something!
  • Every year, we identify issues in precincts during early voting or on election day. We diligently report them to the Election Commission and the Tennessee Democratic Party. While we have Poll Watchers across the County, we cannot be everywhere at all times. So, please report any issue you encounter while voting.
  • In case of security/safety issues, call 911 immediately. Then, call us to report the incident at 423.806.0606.
  • In case of a non-critical incident or issue, call us at 423.806.0606.
  • If you need legal support related to your particular case for voting, call the TNDP Legal Helpline (number pending – will be added when available)
