Come help the WCDP grow our membership, recruit volunteers, and to identify precinct captains for ALL of our 35 precincts!! Sycamore Shoals State Park 1651 W. Elk Ave., Elizabethton, TN, United StatesThe official campaign launch will be held at Sycamore Shoals state park in Elizabethton.
