The Washington County Democratic Party is building a person-to-person voter outreach plan that will effect change in Washington County. Precinct based organizing is a plan to recruit and train a Precinct Captain for all 35 precincts in Washington County. Each Precinct Captain will work with a District Captain who will work with the Precinct Chair to develop and implement a plan to increase voter turnout in each precinct, register voters, and connect with Democrats in all communities within Washington County.

This is a grassroots level effort, taking it back to basics, where voters individual needs will be identified and candidates can more effectively connect with voters in all communities. This is how change happens, on the individual level and YOU can be part of that change!
